Off to CDG for the haul home. Just posted bunch more photos. Will right the trip up this week. Incredible time.
Jan 30th I'm off to France for 11 days of bone-chilling but soul-satisfying adventures in the wine trade. I'll be accompanying the importing team of Louis/Dressner on a tour of Champagne and the Loire Valley. We will be visiting many of my favorite vignerons, tasting extraordinary wines from all over France and Italy, and downing questionable quantities of fat-laden foods.
